Terms & Conditions – Krunchie Bliss
By placing an order through the Krunchie Bliss website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Order Ahead & Pickup
All orders placed through our website are for pickup only at the Krunchie Bliss food trailer. Customers are responsible for arriving at the selected pickup time.
Order Preparation
All food is prepared fresh to order. Preparation times may vary depending on order volume and event demand.
Late Pickup
Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may be subject to reheating wait times. Krunchie Bliss is not responsible for food quality changes resulting from late pickup.
Menu Availability
Menu items, beverages, and ingredients are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable, a similar substitute may be provided or the customer will be contacted when possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations may not be guaranteed due to immediate food preparation.
Payments
Payment is completed at pickup unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, or approved mobile payment services.
Food Allergies
Customers are responsible for informing staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, Krunchie Bliss cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Limitation of Liability
Krunchie Bliss shall not be held liable for delays caused by high order volume, weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Website Use
All website content, including images and branding, is the property of Krunchie Bliss and may not be reproduced without permission.
Updates to Terms
Krunchie Bliss reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Order Accuracy & No Refund Policy
All orders submitted through the Krunchie Bliss website are considered final once confirmed.
Because all menu items are freshly prepared to order, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided after food preparation has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, selections, and pickup times prior to submitting their order.
Krunchie Bliss does not provide refunds for:
• Customer ordering errors
• Failure to pick up an order
• Late arrival for scheduled pickup
• Changes of mind after order submission
• Menu item or beverage substitutions due to availability
If an error occurs due to preparation or fulfillment by Krunchie Bliss, customers must notify staff at the time of pickup so corrective action may be taken when reasonably possible.
