Found this Filipino food truck today and had to try it. I’ve been looking for palabok and since Jollibee doesn’t have it, I’ve been on a quest to find it around the area. This place did not disappoint. The Palabok was chef’s kiss 🤤 and better than anywhere else. It might even be better than Jollibee, just sayin’. 30 minutes drive to get food from here was absolutely worth it. OMG. I’ve been looking for legit Filipino food and this is as close as it gets. PLUS it’s soooooooo good. Chicken bbq and pork skewers were perfectly marinated and was juicy and delicious. Palabok was the best I’ve had here stateside and it was such a generous serving! Java rice = extra rice please! Super nice people, and the Filipino BBQ is really good. Great flavors, and they have lumpia (pork or chicken). I also highly recommend upgrading your side to the Pansit, which is a noodle combo with chicken pieces in top. It's delicious! Their rice is really good, too. Definitely give them a try.
